Coaching

Training is a rationally planned process of controlling body’s adaptive abilities to perform physical effort. Thanks to carefully chosen stimulus and the correlation between effort, tiredness and rest, it is possible to optimize the body with regard to a given sports discipline. Only proper and consistent training allows to achieve best possible results within your body’s capabilities. Individual training plan is your personal exercise schedule. Its core are well planned season, relevant aims, and well chosen means of training. Thanks to appropriate administering of effort, load management (pulse, power) and volume (time and frequency), it is possible to turn your body’s physiological adaptation into desired direction, which will fulfil your aims.
